- Does not upload or transmit your documents to external servers
3. Free Service
moar is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to:
- Introduce premium features or paid tiers in the future
- Modify the features available in the free version
- Continue providing core functionality at no cost
Any changes to pricing or service tiers will be communicated with advance notice, and existing users will be grandfathered into current functionality where reasonable.
4. User Responsibilities
When using moar, you agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property: Only process documents you have the right to use and modify
- Use reasonable judgment: Review optimized documents before using them in critical applications

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of moar
- Use moar to process illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limitations

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service in ways not intended
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense moar without permission

moar, including its design, features, algorithms, and functionality, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on moar without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of optimization results
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
While we strive to provide accurate document optimization, we do not guarantee that optimized documents will always preserve 100% of the original meaning or that they will work perfectly with all AI tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moar and its creators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
- Any damages caused by optimized documents that don't meet your expectations
This applies whether the liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless moar, its creators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service

- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you process through moar
11. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue moar at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

- For material changes, we'll notify you through the extension
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
12. Termination
You may stop using moar at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for:

- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Any reason at our discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

moar is designed to work with third-party AI services (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Your use of AI tools is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
14. Geographic Restrictions
moar is available globally. However, if you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Some features may not be available in all jurisdictions.
15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of these Terms must be in writing and signed by us.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and moar regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
