By installing, accessing, or using the moar Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

moar offers a free tier with full document optimization capabilities. moar Most is available as a one-time purchase for additional features including Smart Select and Intelligent Chunking.
All payments for moar Most are processed by our payment partner, LemonSqueezy (lemonsqueezy.com). By purchasing moar Most, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for new purchases. Existing purchases include lifetime access — all current and future moar Most features are included for as long as the moar extension continues to be available and maintained.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. moar Most comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.

moar, including its design, features, algorithms, and functionality, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on moar without our express permission.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for moar Most, or $12.99 USD, whichever is greater. This applies whether the liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update or modify moar at any time with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue moar, existing moar Most licenses will remain functional for the last published version of the extension. We are not liable for any modification or suspension of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you through the extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
You may stop using moar at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for:
Upon termination for cause, your moar Most license may be revoked without refund. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
moar is designed to work with third-party AI services (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Your use of AI tools is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Smart Select (moar Most) interacts with your chosen AI platform to perform query-driven extraction. You are responsible for compliance with your AI platform's terms of service when using Smart Select.
Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. Your payment transaction is subject to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
moar is available globally. However, if you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
If you have a dispute with moar, please contact us at support@getmoar.ai to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and moar regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
